Keep reading. CL&D, a division of ProMach, has an exciting opportunity for an Account Representative based in Oconomowoc, WI. This is a hybrid role, three days in the office and two days at home. At CL&D, our Account Representatives help connect our customers with the internal teams responsible for bringing their packaging projects to life. In this role, you'll manage customer orders from initial entry through production, shipment, and invoicing. You'll keep customers informed, coordinate details across departments, and help ensure each order is completed accurately and on time. CL&D, a division of ProMach, has an exciting opportunity for an Account Representative based in Oconomowoc, WI. This is a hybrid role, three days in the office and two days at home. In this role, you'll manage customer orders from initial entry through production, shipment, and invoicing. You'll keep customers informed, coordinate details across departments, and help ensure each order is completed accurately and on time. What you'll do Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned customers, sales representatives, and internal teams Manage customer orders from receipt through production, shipment, and invoicing Review order details, including specifications, quantities, pricing, delivery schedules, artwork, and quality requirements Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, production timelines, delivery schedules, and issue resolution Coordinate order changes and ensure updated information is communicated to all affected departments Partner with Prepress, Production, Scheduling, Quality, Shipping, and Purchasing to support accurate and timely order completion Maintain complete and accurate order records, purchase orders, shipping information, and customer communications in our business systems Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate complex or technical issues when appropriate Develop a working knowledge of CL&D's products, materials, printing processes, packaging requirements, and manufacturing capabilities Participate in pre-production and post-production meetings as needed and support continuous improvement efforts Who you'll work with You'll collaborate closely with customers, sales representatives, and teams throughout CL&D, including Prepress, Production, Scheduling, Quality, Shipping, and Purchasing. You'll serve as an important link between our customers and manufacturing operations, helping everyone stay informed and aligned throughout the order process. What we're looking for Associate degree in Business, Communications, Graphic Arts, or a related field preferred At least two years of experience in customer service, account management, project coordination, or another customer-facing role Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or a related industry is preferred Experience coordinating customer orders, projects, or production workflows is preferred Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Sound judgment and the ability to resolve issues or escalate them appropriately Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP or other business systems Basic mathematical skills, including working with dimensions, quantities, and pricing calculations Travel requirements This position may require up to 10% travel between CL&D locations, including our Oconomowoc and Hartland facilities.
