Repossession Company is hiring a part-time Account Specialist for an office-based position. Position does not require direct collections but individual will coordinate with the Company's clients and customers. Position requires 3 to 5 days per week, four hours per day. Schedule will be set with individual hired for this position on hiring.

Job Functions:

Answer inbound customer calls and making outbound calls as needed Accept repossession orders, holds and closes from banking systems and enter into company systems, accurately and timely Monitor company email and distribute information to drivers Post repossession, check account paperwork for accuracy, upload pictures, condition report and other paperwork to systems, timely. Complete and upload all transportation paperwork to systems Complete ad hoc duties as assigned both timely and accurately

Skills Required:

Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable talking to others over the phone and in person Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with consumers and their past due accounts. Must be proficient using technology, Quickbooks, Excel and comfortable organizing documents, imaging and uploading to client portal Prior experience in the collections industry or automotive industry a plus Attendance and punctuality are a must so if regular attendance is an issue please do not apply.
