General Summary Under general supervision, the Account Supervisor assumes responsibility for managing all aspects of one or more accounts and programs, including client consulting, integrated marketing initiatives, project management and account development. Serve as a primary client contact and leads cross-functional teams to drive projects from concept through execution. Works independently to identify next steps, solve problems and keep work moving forward in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Thrives in a collaborative environment where priorities evolve and team members are expected to contribute across a variety of programs and initiatives. May participate in client planning and strategy sessions. Principle Duties and Responsibilities Manages one or more accounts and provides high-quality client services through strategic consultation, project leadership, and oversight of internal cross-functional teams. Leads integrated marketing initiatives from kickoff through execution, coordinating creative, digital, social, events, production, and external partners. Develops project timelines, manages deliverables, identifies risks, and proactively drives projects forward in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Builds and maintains strong client relationships through clear communication, sound judgment, and proactive problem solving. Collaborates with senior leadership on campaign planning, go-to-market strategies, presentations, and program recommendations. Manages account financials, including estimates, budgets, billing activity, and project profitability. Serve as mentor or trainer for less senior staff. Completes additional duties as assigned.
