Job Description

  • Position:
  • Citrix Technical Account Manager
  • The Citrix TAM is a strategic technical, customer- and partner-facing role responsible for transforming customer engagements from reactive support to proactive partnership.

The TAM serves as the primary technical advisor, proactively driving adoption, aligning platform capabilities to business objectives, and customer outcomes for Citrix Solutions sold and delivered through Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) in represented markets. This role partners closely with Sales (AE/FSR) to deliver a unified customer experience that supports retention, expansion, and long-term account growth.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • + Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Arrow ECS select end customers.

+ Manage a portfolio of 10-15 customer accounts, tiered by complexity and strategic goals.

+ Build trusted relationships with technical leaders, sales leadership, and presales solution architects.

+ Proactively leads customer cadence calls (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as needed) including quarterly strategic reviews.

+ Drive ssolution adoption and usage aligned to assigned business goals.

+ Develop and execute technical adoption plans to accelerate customer time-to-value.

+ Identify and proactively resolve technical blockers and risks.

+ Support partner enablement initiatives including workshops and technical briefings.

+ Collaborate with Arrow and Citrix ATS, Sales Engineering, and Product teams.

+ Build and/or lead Proof of Concept (POC) / Proof of Value (POV) process as needed.

+ Host and coordinate with Citrix, Executive Briefings, for strategic customers to provide product roadmaps. Lead structured agenda with customers, including:

+ Product updates ("Top of Mind" insights)

+ Environment changes and customer initiatives

+ Open support ticket review and prioritization

+ Upcoming projects and risks including renewal risks

+ Citrix/Partner updates and escalations

+ Track customer satisfaction

  • What We're Looking For
  • + 7+ years in technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant + Hands-on experience with Citrix technologies, or adjacent platforms + Experience working with channel partners, internal sales and pre-sales teams, distributors, Enterprise customers, and Professional Services.

+ Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills

+ Ability to operate effectively in global, matrixed environments

+ Proactive, accountable, reliable, and an individual who is a driver to establish their own relationships within accounts

  • Work Arrangement
  • : For candidates in Colorado;
Hybrid:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home. For candidates in other states;

Fully Remote:

Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

  • Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
  • $138,900.00 - $170,000.00 OTE Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
