Client Account Manager:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
- Partner with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and enhance client outcomes
- Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor account activity and support ongoing retention efforts Qualifications for the
Client Account Manager:
- Experience in account management, client success, or relationship management
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Experience working within a service-based organization preferred
- Strong project coordination and client communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred #LI-TM1 #
