This position serves as a liaison between the Client and APS, and works closely with the Practice Manager. The Client Representative is involved in coordinating ongoing client support and services to ensure there is no disruption of revenue. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provides direct client support Monitors the timeliness of charges, payments and insurance follow up to ensure contractual obligation set forth by the client is met Conducts month-end financial and operation reviews with clients Identifies issues with the client and sets up meetings, follows up on action items and follows through to a resolution Communicates any upcoming changes or new procedures to the client Works with various departments to make sure changes are in place Monitors and reports client satisfaction with service performance and escalates issues, when needed Performs other duties as needed Qualification Requirements Associate's degree or equivalent combination of formal training and experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Organized and detail oriented Excellent verbal and written communication Competitive wages; benefit package (Health, Health Savings Account, Dental, Vision, Personal Health Care Advisor, EAP, Life, 401k, Paid Holidays, Vacation & Personal time.
