Job Description
Commercial Insurance Account Manager A growing insurance organization is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to manage a book of business while supporting client retention, account growth, and new business development. Responsibilities Manage and service an assigned commercial insurance book of business Develop strong client, carrier, and underwriter relationships Lead renewals, marketing, account rounding, and cross-selling efforts Support new business opportunities, including quoting and placement Identify opportunities to grow and expand existing accounts Resolve client, billing, claims, and service issues Maintain accurate account information and documentation in agency management systems Stay current on insurance products, carrier programs, regulations, and compliance requirements Collaborate with colleagues and support business-development initiatives Qualifications 4+ years of commercial insurance experience Current Property & Casualty license required Strong client-service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience with EPIC and Microsoft Office preferred B2B sales experience preferred Life & Health license a plus Spanish proficiency a plus Authorized to work in the U.S. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial insurance professional who enjoys client relationships, business development, and growing a book of business . y
