We are currently seeking a Customer Success Representative to support and grow key customer relationships while driving operational excellence across our business. This role is ideal for a highly organized, adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing customer relationships with internal coordination. Customer Success Representatives at Malnove are more than a point of contact, they are trusted partners who ensure customer needs are met while aligning with production, planning, and business operations. What You'll Do Manage customer orders end-to-end by coordinating order entry, monitoring inventory, and ensuring on-time, accurate delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers , delivering responsive, professional, and solutions-oriented communication. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Production, Planning, and Shipping to meet customer expectations and resolve issues. Anticipate customer needs and proactively address challenges , ensuring a high level of service and long-term partnership. Support onboarding of new accounts and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and customer experience. Monitor and communicate key updates to customers regarding orders, timelines, and any changes that may impact them. Analyze situations and make sound decisions that balance customer satisfaction with business needs, cost, and efficiency. Utilize systems and tools such as CRM platforms, ERP systems, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) to manage information and support decision-making. Gather and act on customer feedback to continuously improve service, communication, and overall experience. What Sets You Apart Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong account management and customer relationship skills , with experience supporting business-to-business customers. An analytical mindset with the ability to understand workflows, not just transactions. Experience working with CRM systems and business tools (Salesforce or similar preferred; Power BI a plus). Highly organized, detail-oriented , and committed to accuracy and follow-through. Strong communication skills , with the ability to work effectively across departments and with diverse work styles. A continuous improvement mindset , with openness to change and new ways of working. Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and sound judgment , especially in managing escalations and resolving issues. Coachable and adaptable , with a positive, team-oriented approach. Experience and Education Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or account management role required. Experience supporting customers in a manufacturing or operational environment preferred . High school diploma or equivalent required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) required.
