This role is client-facing and requires strong communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Onboard new clients and guide them through our services Communicate with clients via email, Zoom, and Google Meet Review completed websites and either make light edits or coordinate with developers for updates Perform light WordPress edits (content updates, images, minor changes) Build and manage basic email marketing campaigns Serve as the main point of contact for client requests and updates Respond to occasional urgent client requests, including limited weekend availability Requirements Must be based in the United States Strong written and spoken English (clear communication is essential) Experience with WordPress (required) Ability to build basic email campaigns (Constant Contact, Mailchimp, or similar) Comfortable meeting with clients via video calls Available during normal business hours (flexible scheduling) Willing to occasionally respond to urgent weekend or off-hour requests Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Background in digital marketing, social media, or marketing strategy Experience with graphic design or video editing Familiarity with website design workflows Workload & Flexibility Typical workload does not exceed 30 hours per week (more hours / opportunity can be discussed) Flexible schedule, but responsiveness and reliability are critical Weekend work is minimal, but occasional availability is required for urgent client needs What We're Looking For Organized and proactive communicator Client-focused mindset Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable handling multiple clients and tasks
