What you´ll do Drive regional execution of sales and channel excellence roadmap Manage regional implementation of framework, policy and channel strategy development Drive strategic projects on sales and channel excellence in the region Drives global / regional / local implementation of eCommerce strategy Enforce channel discipline according to channel growth and development targets regionally Determine greatest channel growth opportunities for the region Align with global sales and channel excellence for regional rollouts and with counterparts of other business units, especially for shared partners Cooperate with pricing team and ensures continuous regional price alignment Manages distribution key accounts at global / regional / local level Continuously evaluate existing and possible channel partners Pro-actively maintain understanding of market developments and relevant product knowledge Travel regularly in market to support understanding Critically reviews success of launches, promotions and activities to ensure continual improvement of materials & targeting Increase B2B business through digitizing Go to Market activities and the opportunities of digital Utilize emerging sales channels, models and new B2B market places Apply a digital lens to Sales Market Strategy, Customer Strategy, Route to Market & Service Line activities What makes you a good fit Increase B2B business through digitizing Go to Market activities and the opportunities of digital BS or BA degree is required in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics or related field 5+ years of sales experience in the digital industry is required Managing channel/distribution sales strategies is required Strong Omnichannel understanding Digital process design and customer experience skills Knowledge of Distribution and Territory management Ability to travel an average of 25% is required This is a remote position. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
