About Eco-Pork America Eco-Pork America Inc. is the U.S. subsidiary of Eco-Pork Co., Ltd. (Tokyo), an AgriTech company building computer vision and SaaS solutions for the swine industry. Our products include an AI-based pig weight estimation camera system and a cloud production management platform. We are an early-stage team moving from pilot deployments into commercial operations. Role Summary This is Eco-Pork America's forward-deployed business role. You are the person on site when a commercial or operational problem shows up, and you solve it there — with the customer, Field Solutions, and the wider EPA team behind you — rather than escalating and waiting. You will spend much of your time on farms and in packing plants across the Upper Midwest, learning how each operation actually runs and finding where EPA's data changes a decision for that customer. From the point a hot lead is handed over from CEO-led business development, you own that account end to end: onboarding, trial, adoption, conversion, and renewal or expansion. You are the customer's single point of contact and the de facto project manager for everything EPA does at that account, and you are the primary channel through which the customer's business reality reaches our product and go-to-market decisions in the U.S. and Japan. You will work alongside Field Solutions Engineers, who own the technical outcome at each site from survey through stable operation, while you own the account relationship and the commercial outcome throughout. This position may be filled at the Field Account Manager or Senior Field Account Manager level, depending on the depth and breadth of your account management experience. The level, title, and compensation are confirmed before an offer is made. Key Responsibilities Follow each site's biosecurity protocol and plan visit sequencing and downtime around it. Receive hot leads from CEO-led business development and own the account plan for each assigned account: customer objectives, deployment schedule, commercial opportunities, and risks. Lead commercial arrangements — trial conversion, pricing, renewals, and expansions — within the authority delegated by the CEO, and prepare evidenced recommendations for CEO approval on material or nonstandard terms. Build the SOPs, service documentation, and templates that the field organization will run on, and keep account records and CRM accurate and current. Lead customer onboarding, site assessment from the customer's side, trial design, and trial execution, agreeing success criteria with the customer before the trial starts. Make sure the customer actually uses the data: run a structured communication cadence, training, and follow-up, and identify where EPA's output changes a decision on the farm or at the plant. Serve as the first escalation point for significant commercial and operational issues, propose resolutions that balance the customer's needs and EPA's interests, and bring Field Solutions in on technical root cause. Collect the data and customer feedback our product, AI, and go-to-market teams need, to the specification they need it in, and deliver it in structured form with evidenced proposals for product, pricing, and go-to-market changes. Requirements Required Qualifications (both levels) Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of continuing responsibility for relationships with producers or corporate customers — account management, technical service, field sales, production management, customer success, or equivalent — and for the results of those relationships: commercial terms, service delivery, or production performance Experience building repeatable processes or documentation from scratch in an unstructured environment Full professional proficiency in

Candidates with demonstrated domain seniority may be considered at the Senior level without the five-year relationship requirement above and without the Senior-level additions above; the other required qualifications still apply. Domain seniority means five or more years in each of two of the following three areas, at least one of them on the swine side, all within the last ten years (periods may overlap): (i) continuing responsibility for producer or corporate customer relationships and their results; (ii) swine production management at site level or above, including at least twelve consecutive months overseeing three or more sites at once; (iii) swine veterinary practice with a DVM or equivalent degree. In your first year, the expectation is that you take an assigned account through the full loop, from handover to a paying, stable outcome.

experience in animal agriculture, agricultural equipment or services, animal health, or AgTech, including direct experience in swine production, meat processing, or livestock technology deployment Familiarity with sensors, cameras, networking, or other connected hardware in a field environment Japanese or Spanish language ability is a plus: Japanese supports direct coordination with our engineering and product teams in Japan, and Spanish is widely spoken on farm crews in the region.
