The Great Support Representative role is to provide strong customer service assistance to the Success Manager team and Recovery programs and participants Great Support Representative (Success Manager Assistant) We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Great Support Representative-Operations to join our team. This role will provide essential support by handling incoming calls, managing the Success email inbox, and assisting with results entry. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to ensuring seamless communication and efficient account management.
Key Responsibilities:
Phone Support:
Answer incoming calls, assist programs and participants with inquiries, and escalate issues as needed.
Email Management:
Monitor and respond to the Success email inbox, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Results Entry & Follow-Up:
Serve as a backup for results entry and assist in locating missing results.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Success Managers in Operations and other department team members to maintain efficient workflows and client satisfaction.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of communications and updates within company systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems (training provided). Experience in administrative, account management, or customer support roles preferred. Ability to work independently and within a team. 2 years of successful customer service experience
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time position with standard business hours. (8:30am - 5:00pm M-F) Competitive salary based on experience. Comprehensive benefits package available
