Job Description

Overview:
Alera Group is looking for an Individual Client Executive. We are seeking highly motivated colleagues who bring experience and enthusiasm to our team - joining us may be the perfect fit for you! We are passionate about our clients' success in the areas of Employee Benefits, Property and Casualty Insurance, Retirement Plan Services, and Wealth Services. Responsibilities:
The Individual Client Executive is a key member of our team, responsible for the production and retention of our individual client base. This role requires a dynamic professional who excels in building relationships, identifying client needs and understanding their goals, and delivering exceptional service to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty. This position has both a service and sales component, with products including Medicare, individual health plans, life insurance and annuities. Drive client acquisition and retention through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, personalized support, and regular client engagement Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client objectives and tailor solutions accordingly Present, deliver, and support products or services that align with client requirements, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing service Resolve client issues promptly while collaborating with internal teams to deliver a cohesive and positive client experience Track and report client interactions, feedback, and outcomes using CRM tools while maintaining market and industry awareness
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or account management WI Life and Health license and Medicare certification, or willingness to obtain Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and achieve goals Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and strong problem-solving/negotiation skills
Additional Information:
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager. Compensation includes a base salary, plus commissions on sales.
