The company has grown from a local print provider to one of the largest suppliers of pharmacy labels, prescription bags, cannabis compliance stickers, hospital and laboratory labels, and other specialized consumables. Role Description The Inside Sales Account Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts across retail and healthcare sectors. This role includes handling inbound and outbound sales calls, identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate consumable products, and preparing quotes and proposals. The Inside Sales Account Manager will maintain regular contact with existing customers, monitor order activity, and proactively address concerns to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include updating CRM records, tracking opportunities, collaborating with operations and customer service teams to support timely order fulfillment, and following up on leads generated through e-commerce and marketing campaigns. The position also involves meeting sales targets, analyzing account performance, and contributing feedback to improve products, pricing, and service offerings. Qualifications Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, including handling inbound and outbound calls and managing sales pipelines. Strong Account Management and Relationship Building skills to grow and retain customer accounts. Commitment to Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong listening and negotiation abilities. Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing). Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet sales goals. Experience selling into healthcare, pharmacy, or related industries is preferred but not required. High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
