$85,000 to $105,000 (Base Salary + Commission).

Monday - Friday (7:00 AM PST Start).
Project Scope:
General Construction (Residential, Commercial Industrial, Government or Federal).

None Required. The Opportunity You will play a pivotal role in the continued expansion of Baron Contracting by securing high-value construction contracts and managing key accounts. This is a high-autonomy, remote position where your individual ambition directly influences the firm's growth and your own earning potential. How You Will Make an Impact Identify and qualify a consistent pipeline of potential leads through strategic research and cold calling initiatives. Formulate comprehensive sales proposals and presentations that demonstrate the unique value of our construction services to prospective clients. Negotiate and close complex deals to consistently meet or exceed established revenue quotas. Cultivate long-term business relationships by serving as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for existing accounts. Implement successful sales strategies to increase our market share within the residential and commercial construction sectors. Analyze client needs to provide tailored solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a high-volume business development role. Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to pitch to diverse audiences. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern CRM tools. Ability to work a schedule starting at 7:00 AM PST to align with our project timelines. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in construction service sales or industrial account management. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-value accounts with meticulous attention to detail. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary supplemented by an uncapped commission structure.
