Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Intake & Sales Conversion Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients by answering a high volume of inbound calls. Conduct professional, empathetic, and persuasive conversations to assess legal needs and establish trust. Clearly explain the firm's services, value, and next steps with the goal of securing a signed engagement agreement during the initial call. Meet and maintain performance expectations, including a 90% conversion rate once fully trained. First-Call Sign-Ups Confidently guide clients through the contract and sign-up process over the phone. Address objections, answer questions, and ensure clients feel comfortable moving forward with the firm. Close engagements efficiently while maintaining a high standard of client care and professionalism. Appointment Scheduling (When Applicable) When same-day sign-up is not possible, persuasively schedule consultations with attorneys. Ensure appointments are properly scheduled and documented to support follow-up and conversion. Data Entry & Case Management Accurately collect and input client information into the firm's case management system (Clio). Maintain organized, detailed, and timely records of all client interactions. Qualifications & Skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Strong sales aptitude with experience closing clients or customers over the phone. Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or case management software preferred.
