What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting members in person, over the phone, and via online communication
• Answering questions and resolving service-related issues
• Processing transactions and maintaining accurate records
• Identifying member needs and recommending solutions
• Building strong customer relationships
• Working as part of a collaborative, customer-focused team

What You'll Need:

• Customer service experience or other people-focused experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfort learning new systems and technology
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Availability to work a flexible schedule within operating hours of M-F, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including Saturday shifts from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
• Schedules provided two weeks in advance.

• Experience with account resolution and researching account-related issues in an operations or financial setting.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable processes, including invoice entry and payment support activities.
• Ability to complete account adjustments and reconcile account balances with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with banking transactions, account transactions, and standard operational controls.
• Strong customer support skills with the ability to communicate clearly and handle inquiries effectively.
• Proven accuracy in high-volume data entry and transaction processing environments.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a structured, fast-paced workplace.
