  • Contribute to customer/partner satisfaction and brand loyalty
  • Supports achievement of monthly sales budget, resulting in a positive influence to the bottom line
  • Supports customer/partner retention
  • Ensure resolution of requests
  • Supports inbound calls Primary Responsibilities Include
  • Process order management transactions
  • Process account reconciliation
  • Answer internal and external calls and process workflow
  • Process vendor portal transitions through workflow processing
  • Implement order shipping requirements
  • Create and maintain Modifiers
  • Order allocation via manual and script Core Functional Competencies
  • Brand Ambassador
  • Non marketing: Serve as a representative of the Yamaha brand

      • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (examples: Teams, Excel, Word)
      • ERP system experience
      • Demonstrated success working with internal and external stakeholders while in a high-volume environment
      • Demonstrated success in support of dealers and sales management
      • Database software experience Preferred
      • 1+ years' experience with national accounts order processing and vendor portals
      • SalesForce Experience, including dashboards and reports
      • Tableau or Similar Data Base Software Experience
      • Oracle
      • Electronic Data Interface (EDI)
      • Demonstrated success with National Account Partners Compensation The hiring range for this position is $20.57
      • $26.
      48/hr. + bonus. This is the hiring range and does not include the value of benefits. The hiring range does not reflect total earning potential over time.
