Inside Sales Representative Location:

Smyrna (Nashville Area),

TN Salary:

$50,000-$60,000 +

Annual Bonus Work Style:

Hybrid (Tue-Thu Onsite / Mon & Fri Remote)

Training:

First 3 months fully onsite About the Role Join a stable global company where you'll play a key role in order management and customer support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Process customer orders using ERP systems Coordinate shipments with customers, warehouses, and logistics providers Monitor inventory and open orders Prepare shipping documents and reports Support import/export and supply chain operations Resolve customer inquiries and order-related issues Qualifications Required Experience in Order Management, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, Import/Export, or Sales Support Strong Microsoft Excel skills Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Preferred ERP or EDI experience Import/Export documentation experience Manufacturing, trading, or logistics industry background What We Offer Hybrid work schedule Annual performance bonus No regular travel Stable company with a collaborative team environment Great opportunity to grow your career in logistics and supply chain
