About the role This seat owns the human side after a deal closes: kickoff, follow-up, and client threads. Yes you will do administrative work but this is far more than a receptionist. Who this is for Someone who can own threads end to end. Who is extremely organized. Flexible 20-30 hours around real life is fine if hours are honest and clients still get fast replies. Utah preferred. What you'll do Run client kickoff / onboarding (logins, project management, schedule, what happens next) Own follow-up threads so clients aren't waiting on us Keep client communication clear, fast, and professional Flag blockers early before the client has to chase Protect the relationship (their time, money, brand) Our standards Unimpeachable character.
