Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Personal Lines Account Manager A well-established, family-focused independent insurance agency in the Darien, IL area is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join its growing team. Personal Lines Account Manager Compensation & Benefits $70,000-$85,000 base salary, depending on experience Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and 401(k) Hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the office Personal Lines Account Manager Responsibilities Manage an established book of standard Personal Lines business, including Home, Auto, Umbrella, and related coverages Handle renewals, policy servicing, coverage changes, endorsements, and billing inquiries Review policies for accuracy and identify potential coverage gaps Prepare renewal and new business quotes as needed Respond to client questions by phone, email, and in person Provide clear guidance regarding coverage options and policy changes Assist clients with claims reporting and follow-up Work closely with producers and internal team members to support retention and cross-selling opportunities Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements Deliver a high level of personalized client service throughout the policy lifecycle Personal Lines Account Manager Requirements 3+ years of Personal Lines account management experience preferred Active Illinois Property & Casualty license Experience working within an independent insurance agency strongly preferred Applied EPIC experience required Strong understanding of standard Personal Lines coverages, including Home, Auto, and Umbrella Experience managing accounts from renewal through ongoing servicing Strong communication, organization, and client-service skills This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Lines professional who wants to join an independent agency that values long-term relationships, stability, and maintaining a family-oriented workplace.
