Personal Lines Supervisor

• York, PA Our client, an established independent insurance agency, is seeking a Personal Lines Supervisor to help manage a personal lines book of business, primarily consisting of high-net-worth (HNW) and private client accounts, while supervising a team of three direct reports.

This position combines hands-on personal lines account management with department leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Manage and service a personal lines book of business, primarily supporting high-net-worth (HNW) and private client insurance accounts Supervise and support a team of three direct reports within the personal lines department Oversee the completion of departmental projects and implementation of department initiatives Conduct employee performance evaluations and participate in salary review processes Lead monthly personal lines department meetings

Qualifications:

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required 10+ years of personal lines account management experience required Experience managing or servicing personal lines insurance accounts and books of business

Compensation:

Base salary in the 90k

• 105k/year range plus a full benefits package consisting of health insurance, year-end profit-sharing bonus, team building events, volunteering for the local community, etc.

Hybrid schedule from their York or Shillington, PA location. 3 days in, 2 days remote. #INDALL
