Days and Holidays General:
Coordinate, lead and manage the daily activities of the
Revenue Qualification Dept Responsibilities and Duties:
Monitor daily activities among the PAR representatives to ensure revenue is created and billed timely and accurately. This is to be accomplished through task assignment, delegation to team members, and management of project completion. Coordinate available resources to appropriately staff each Team for efficient daily productivity Daily review of the Brightree WIP state and RC worklists, monitor and assist with timely follow up and accurate logging and insurance verification Daily review of the SNAP worklists, monitor and assist with timely follow up and accurate verification of documents and insurances. Daily review of the Brightree RC worklist and Stop order reports, monitor, and assist with timely follow up and accurate billing release for pap compliance. Monitor daily processes that all standard operating procedures and guidelines are being adhered to. Supervise the PAR team effectively to assure both internal and external customers receive the ultimate customer service experience when interacting with the department. Serve as the daily lead and role model for the entire PAR team. Mentor all staff members to enable achievement of functional team objectives (FTOs). Monitor staff performance within the PAR Team through daily review of productivity dashboards and work directly with the Manager, CMN and PAR on observations and concerns. To assist and provide feedback on end of year performance appraisals To assist with monthly one-on-one meetings for PAR staff members to provide performance feedback, motivate toward goal achievement, and request input on departmental improvement. To assist with training and re-training for all new and current staff members. Assist Manager, CMN and PAR in setting departmental goals, reviewing team member performance, and allocating resources to accomplish objectives. As part of the qualification team, participate in rotating responsibilities including after hours.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma required.
Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Physical Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of Revenue Cycle experience in the HME field. 2-3 years of leading a team or training experience Customer oriented with strong communication skills. Interpersonal and organizational skills required; TEAM player. Ability to develop, organize and coordinate paperwork flow. Required to travel as part of the weekly schedule and as needed. Office/clerical motor skills with extensive computer and telephone experience.
