As Pelsue's face in the Western Region, you'll have genuine autonomy over your territory, a collaborative and supportive internal team behind you, and a clear path to grow with an established, family-oriented company with over 60 years in the industry. This is a relationship-driven role for someone who thrives on understanding customer needs, building trust over time, and delivering practical solutions. You'll manage and grow Pelsue's presence across the Western Region, deepening existing partnerships and developing new accounts across our Industrial Safety and fiber splicing vehicle product lines (trailers, inserts, vans).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the Western Region territory plan and execute strategies to grow revenue across both product lines Build and expand lasting relationships with distributor and customer partners through regular touchpoints, site visits, and account development plans Develop new business through consultative prospecting, targeted outreach, lead follow-up, and trade show participation Identify customer needs and recommend tailored, practical solutions; prepare quotes, proposals, and supporting documentation Conduct product demonstrations and training at customer sites, translating technical features into real-world value Partner with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Production, and Leadership) to deliver an exceptional customer experience from inquiry through delivery Maintain an active and accurate pipeline in HubSpot CRM, including forecasting, activity tracking, and documentation Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics; share insights to support differentiation and growth strategies Represent Pelsue professionally at industry events and in the field; resolve customer concerns with clear, timely communication Stay current on product updates and industry developments through ongoing learning and coaching
COMPENTENCIES
Required B2B sales experience with a track record of building relationships and growing accounts Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record (MVR) Strong communication and customer service skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) Ability to maintain a positive demeanor when working with a wide variety of customers & situations Ability to quickly gain product knowledge & develop a familiarity with Pelsue's product offering. Persuasive & excellent negotiation skills Personal Effectiveness/Credibility & Ethical Conduct Excellent attention to detail & ability to multitask Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (required for product demos and field work) Preferred Manufacturer-to-distributor sales experience Background in industrial safety, telecommunications, or equipment/vehicle solutions Bachelor's degree (equivalent experience welcomed)

WORK ENVIRONMENT
When you're not on the road, you'll be based at our Aurora, CO office — a collaborative home base to connect with your team, prepare for customer visits, and stay sharp. Travel makes up roughly 40% of the role and includes customer site visits and trade shows across the Western Region. Work may occasionally extend outside standard hours during travel periods.

The employee is frequently required to stand, talk and hear and must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work while in the office are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. When not traveling, the employee is expected to work at the Pelsue office. During travel, work outside of normal work hours may be required. TRAVEL Variable, up to 40% at times. Customer site visits & tradeshows. Pelsue is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. Pay:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
