Relationship Manager Responsibilities:

• Utilize our CRM to maintain pipeline and contact potential clients
• Meet weekly sales goals
• Virtually meet with applicants who have expressed interest in insurance to address their needs
• Explain options of health plans to potential clients to determine the correct plan for their lifestyle
• Handle private health information in a confidential and sensitive manner

Relationship Manager Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, positive attitude, competitive, strong work ethic, desire to succeed, result driven, and coachable
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Able to work effectively and autonomously to achieve results in a professional office location
• Willing and able to obtain a Life and Health Insurance License
