$16 (this position is bonus eligible)

Work Schedule:

Full-Time, 40 hrs/wk, M-F 8am-5pm Central

JOB SUMMARY

The Revenue Cycle Medical Billing Claim Prep and File Call Team Representative:

Works with patients and patients' families to verify demographics and insurances including health insurance, first party coverage, and third-party liability. Updates patient transport records when updated information. Assists patients by answering pre-billing questions. Works with team members to meet team goals and deadlines.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

Managing inbound and outbound call volume Identifying patients' needs, clarifying information, and researching issues to provide solutions Processing mail Skip Tracing

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Experience:

Minimum of one (1) year experience in a call center environment Excellent customer service skills Ability to work Independently and as an active member of a team Knowledge and experience of computers and related technology at an intermediate level Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Professional verbal and written skills Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time

Preferred Experience:

Minimum of one (1) year working in a customer service position

Preferred Education:
