Our on wheels technology literally smashes the trash in a dumpster by 70 to 80%! The result is a huge cost of disposal savings to our customers and a major environmental impact on our planet! Less waste means less landfill use. Smashed trash is easier to dispose! The Role We are looking for an experienced Business to Business Sales Representative to sell to businesses across the Pikes Peak Region and Southern Colorado -- no Denver-area travel required. Your job is to build a route of happy "Smash My Trash®" customers. If there is a roll-off dumpster in sight, you go after it! This is a field outside sales role, not a phone-only inside sales gig — you'll be in trucks, on job sites, and in front of facility managers. If you love a tangible "wow" moment in your sales process, this is it: you'll close deals by getting our SMASH Truck in front of prospects and letting the demo do the heavy lifting. You will be Reporting directly to the owners of "Smash My Trash® of Pikes Peak" . Creating customer proposals, present them to prospective customers and following up on those presentations to complete the contract and sale. Making sales calls and contacts to businesses in a "route-like" fashion in order to maximize your time and get our Smash My Trash® trucks smashing as much as possible! Setting face to face appointments, cold calling, maintaining customer information in HubSpot , and closing contracts. Maintaining client relationships to ensure long-term happiness for our customers. Facilitating SMASH demos to prospects with our Smash My Trash® trucks. Representing Smash My Trash® of Pikes Peak at association meetings, local events, conferences and trade shows. Utilizing marketing collateral to help create leads for your route business. What we are looking for 1 to 2 years of outside B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals! Experience selling into construction, manufacturing, industrial, or facilities/operations buyers — existing relationships in any of these verticals are a big plus. Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM, plus solid skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and mobile productivity apps. High school diploma required; degree from the school of hard knocks strongly considered. Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, goal-oriented, and driven to hit monthly sales targets. Adaptable, organized, detail-oriented, and a team player who collaborates well A good sense of humor and a kick out of watching our SMASH Truck crush our clients' trash. Wants to EARN great money by providing incredible customer service, hustling, and generating long-term business. Able to handle physical activity — walking, climbing, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Willing to participate in a background check and drug screen. What we offer $40,000 base + uncapped commission from day one. New reps participate in a 6-month performance-based ramp program with activity-driven commission support while you build your book -- so you have runway to learn the territory without a ceiling on your earnings.
