Titan Management Inc., a fast-growing sales and consulting firm, is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Wireless Representative. As an Entry Level Wireless Representative, you'll help customers discover the latest wireless products, internet solutions, and technology services offered through AT&T. The Entry Level Wireless Representative will focus on building strong customer relationships while educating consumers on wireless plans, internet packages, and device solutions that fit their lifestyle. We're looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, learning new technology, and creating positive customer experiences through every interaction. Core Functions of the Entry Level Wireless Representative Present wireless and internet solutions through simple conversations that explain how faster connectivity improves streaming, gaming, remote work, and everyday communication. Match customers with the right wireless plans, devices, and internet packages based on household size, lifestyle, and budget preferences. Guide customers through the enrollment process by clearly explaining promotions, installation expectations, contracts, and service features. Build customer confidence through professionalism, honesty, and product knowledge during every sales interaction. Maintain strong follow-up communication to ensure customers remain satisfied with their wireless and internet services. Preferred Skills for the Entry Level Wireless Representative High school diploma or GED preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to connect naturally with customers.
