Position Summary The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for retaining, expanding, and strengthening relationships within an assigned book of existing clients. This role owns the long-term client relationship and serves as the primary commercial and relationship lead for non VCIO accounts. For vCIO assigned accounts, the AM acts as a key collaborator with the vCIO in carrying out client initiatives and moving their business forward with Cantey Tech services. This role helps drive client satisfaction, alignment to services, and ongoing value realization. Through structured, ongoing engagement, the Account Manager develops a deep understanding of each client s business, industry pressures, and risk profile. The AM works closely with vCIOs, Service Delivery, and Sales Leadership to identify opportunities to improve the client s IT, cybersecurity, and AI maturity while driving additional recurring revenue.
