The Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Welcome Dogtopians for drop off and pick up of their dogs. Cultivating an outstanding Dogtopia experience — provide dog parents with professional wisdom and advocate for the most appropriate products and solutions to meet their needs. Meet new pet parents interested in bringing their dogs to dogtopia, educate them on the benefits of Dogtopia for their pet and go through our meet and greet pocess Brainstorming and identifying ways of increasing sales to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales goals as a team. Developing and maintaining business relationships within the community. Participate and assist in marketing efforts to solicit and promote new business inside and outside of the retail store. Maintains a neat and always organized Front Desk and Lobby area. Sets the example for the team on the 3 Ss (smile, story and satisfaction) and hold accountable to internal and external customer service standards. Answer phones, e-mails and questions from pet parents Strive for high customer review ratings! Manage our front of house customer management and billing systems. Inventory management of cleaning and dog First Aid supplies Maintain and update our cleaning and maintenance schedule Teamwork! Work as part of a team to make every day the most exciting day ever! Effectively communicate with management and team members Maintain a positive attitude Own your personal development - look for opportunities to grow and learn!

Qualifications:

Must LOVE dogs!
