Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Loan Officer/Account Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for clients seeking financial assistance, guiding them through the loan process with professionalism and care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a positive impact on our customers' lives. Duties Process and evaluate loan applications by analyzing credit reports, financial statements, and other relevant documentation to determine eligibility and risk. Facilitate the loan origination process using Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and other financial software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from application to approval. Conduct thorough credit analysis, including assessing creditworthiness and performing underwriting in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to consumer lending. Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service, clear communication, and ongoing support during the life of the loan from funding until satifaction of the note. Requirements Experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial sales role within consumer lending is helpful. Basic math skills including keyboard proficiency for data entry accuracy. Ability to analyze credit reports, perform risk assessments, and understand lending analysis when applicable. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on relationship building in financial sales environments.
