What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire an Implementation Team Lead within our NAT division. This position is in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will oversee implementation workflow, coordinate account setup activities, ensure account information is complete and accurate, and provide day-to-day workflow leadership. You will report directly to Senior Manager Fleet and regularly collaborate with Implementation, Sales, Client Services, Project Management, and other key stakeholders.

The responsibilities of the role will include: Ensuring all required account information, documentation, and data are complete and accurate before assigning accounts to an Implementation Team Specialist (ITS) for setup. Acting as a liaison between Implementation and Sales, Client Services, Project Management, and other key stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and support successful account implementation. Creating implementation plans, establishing priorities, coordinating activities, and providing ongoing status updates throughout the implementation process. Evaluating implementation performance and analyzing key trends and metrics to identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and overall implementation outcomes. Monitoring the overall account setup queue and individual associate queues to ensure workloads are appropriately managed and accounts are completed according to established service-level agreements (SLAs). Monitoring account setup progress, proactively identifying delays, aging accounts, and potential roadblocks, and coordinating action to ensure no account is left behind. Providing day-to-day workflow leadership and guidance to Implementation team members, helping prioritize work, address escalations, and support consistent execution of established processes. Recommending and supporting actions to reduce backlogs and account aging and improve workflow processes. Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or equivalent required. One year of customer service or related professional experience required. Two to three years of related customer service or operational experience preferred, including at least one year of account implementation experience in a professional environment. Previous experience providing team leadership, workflow coordination, or peer guidance preferred. Payment card industry experience, Salesforce knowledge, and strong Excel skills are a plus. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Demonstrated leadership and team coordination skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to monitor workloads, deadlines, account aging, and service-level expectations. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and recommend workflow improvements. A combination of education and/or experience will be considered for the requirements listed above. Ability to navigate all situations with patience, empathy, and sound judgment.
