Account Representative Responsibilities:

Connect with potential AT&T customers and build positive, professional relationships Make sure customers accounts are taken care and troubleshoot when needed Explain AT&T's fiber, wireless, and home technology services in a clear and helpful way Assist customers through the process of opening or upgrading their residential accounts Work toward daily and weekly performance goals while maintaining strong customer service Manage a designated territory to ensure consistent outreach and coverage Stay informed about AT&T products, promotions, and service updates Track activity and results to help the team continue improving performance Represent the brand professionally during all customer interactions

Qualifications:

Pay:

$50,104.31 - $60,340.68 per year
