Account Manager Responsibilities Generate customer reports, analyze data and review shift performance/productivity Develop metrics for tracking individual driver performance, Assist drivers that consistently fall below established metrics to develop the employee Establish clear policies and procedure (standard operating procedures) for the fleet of drivers, and dispatchers Manage and develop dispatch personnel, and cross train yard personnel Develop weekly schedule for full-time, part-time and temporary labor drivers based on forecasted volumes.
