SCOPE/CONTACTS
The incumbent will work directly with multiple internal and external parties to verify and maintain account information. Incumbent must have excellent organization skills. The incumbent is responsible for providing accurate, timely, and compliant verifications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Participate in all activities related to the furnishing of information to internal and third-party request while adhering to internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information provided. Conduct reasonable investigations of and respond directly to all verification requests in a timely manner. Must adhere to internal policies as well as industry standards and regulations when responding to all verification requests. Research accounts and provide accurate, timely responses to all verification requests, including by to, verifications of mortgages and verification of deposits. Comply with applicable regulatory privacy requirements. Other duties and special projects as assigned by Post Funding Review Manager and Department Actively participate in the Customer Service First sales and service culture, support the values of the organization, and follow established Bank policies and procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school graduate or equivalent certification with 18 months of administrative experience is required. The incumbent must have a working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat software. Familiarity with other features of Microsoft's Office suite of applications will be helpful.
