Job Description
Role Responsibilities Primarily responsible for the collection efforts on accounts that are delinquent while meeting individual, department and organization goals: Responsible for in-house assigned delinquent accounts according to collection procedures and credit union policies. Skip and track down debtors to meet contractual obligations. Responsible for collection and resolution of delinquent credit cards. Responsible for mortgage collections while assisting with forbearances and modifications Arrange and monitor check by phone payments. Counsel and assist members on the telephone with collection items, questions and problems. Contact each assigned account by telephone or by correspondence to obtain a commitment for payment. Responsible for collecting any remaining deficiency and foreclosure balances. Assist in monitoring Total Loss Insurance claims filed by the member with their insurance companies. If acceptable, follow up with refunds of back end products with dealerships, including gap claims. Assist the Repossession/Bankruptcy Specialist arranging the repossession of collateral. Practices and brings to life with the team our Yes And culture. Comply with established regulations and law requirements. Perform other duties as assigned.
