This role focuses on supporting clients, helping with account updates, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience across day-to-day services. As an Bilingual AT&T Representative, you'll work with businesses to review their current services, answer questions, and help coordinate any changes or updates they may need. We are specifically looking for individuals who can communicate confidently in both English and Spanish to better support our diverse client base. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience working with business clients in a structured, team-oriented environment. No prior experience is required, training is provided. Key Responsibilities Communicate directly with business customers in both Spanish and English regarding their AT&T accounts Assist with account updates, service changes, and general inquiries Help identify areas where services may need adjustments based on business needs Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates Follow up with business clients to ensure a smooth and positive experience Work alongside team members to support daily operations and client needs Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred) Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor Comfortable working with business clients in a face-to-face setting Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail No experience required; training is provided What You'll Gain Hands-on experience working with business clients Training in communication, account coordination, and client support A team-focused work environment with ongoing guidance Growth opportunities into leadership and management roles Recognition based on consistency, reliability, and performance
