Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Landscape Account Manager to lead customer service and quality over a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts. In this role, you will be the key driver of growth by cultivating strong relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their landscape management needs. We are a growing and highly capable company with a focus on culture and led by a team with extensive industry experience. Salary will range per experience and qualifications. Responsibilities Engage with property managers and other stake holders to develop communication channels and trusted relationships to facilitate high levels of customer service. Leverage relationships and communication into additional opportunities to enhance properties and expand business footprint within existing customer base. Develop scope and pricing and then coordinate scheduling and implementation of enhancement projects and other additional work. Monitor quality on portfolio properties and elevate over time with innovation, collaboration and education. Collaborate with leadership and other internal teams to provide comprehensive and coordinated customer services and solutions. Qualifications Excellent communication skills to articulate both regular customer updates plus additional communication about problem solving and proposals. Knowledge of horticultural and maintenance practices, plus good working familiarity with irrigation, landscape design, plants and other materials. Demonstrated ability of understanding client requirements, and presenting appropriate customized solutions. Familiarity with software used in communication, scheduling, proposals, field reporting and operational tracking. Spanish communication a plus. Leadership and personal qualities to contribute to developing company culture, team development and growth.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
