Communications Account Representative Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Communications Call Intake Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, answering multi-line phone systems, managing incoming communications, and ensuring positive customer experience. Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls on a multi-line phone system promptly and professionally. Obtain necessary information from callers, accurately record details, and route calls to the appropriate departments or individuals. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions. Utilize strong computer skills to navigate databases, update records, and generate reports. Proficiently use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily tasks. Maintain accurate and organized files to ensure compliance with quality standards and HIPAA regulations. Demonstrate initiative and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively with minimal supervision. Collaborate effectively with team members to address and resolve customer issues and continuously improve service quality. Contributes to a positive and engaging work environment that fosters employee motivation, inspiration, and development.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer literacy and typing skills (minimum 35 WPM). Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
