Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to support client relationships and day-to-day customer service operations in Dallas, Texas. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who can balance account coordination, cross-functional communication, and customer advocacy in a fast-paced B2B environment. The person in this role will partner closely with sales, supply chain, and finance teams to deliver responsive service, resolve issues efficiently, and help maintain a high standard of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee assigned customer accounts to maintain strong service levels, accurate follow-through, and dependable day-to-day support.
  • Respond to client questions and requests promptly, providing clear communication and effective solutions.
  • Coordinate customer specifications and order-related details in alignment with established sales and operational guidelines.
  • Partner with supply chain teams to help ensure product availability and on-time delivery that meets client expectations.
  • Support the sales process across the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, account development, retention efforts, and reporting needs.
  • Work with accounting and finance teams to help facilitate timely claims handling and credit-related account setup.
  • Investigate customer concerns and sales-related issues, identify root causes, and drive practical resolutions to recurring challenges.
  • Help document service procedures, client support best practices, and issues related to packaging safety or product quality.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across departments to keep service commitments moving efficiently from request through completion.
