About us PecuSavvy Financial is a fee-only financial planning firm in El Paso. We work with physicians, business owners, and professionals who want someone fully in their corner. We're fiduciaries, which means we're legally required to put our clients first, and we don't earn commissions on anything we recommend. This is our first hire. You'll be building something, not stepping into a machine someone else built. The role You'll own what it feels like to be our client. That means making sure every new client has a great first 90 days, that no follow-up gets missed, and that clients feel genuinely taken care of a few times a year in ways they don't expect from a financial firm. I'll design what the experience should be. You'll turn it into real processes and make them happen every time. What you'll do Build and run our client onboarding process Keep the yearly client calendar running: review meetings, check-ins, seasonal outreach, and personal touches Be a main point of contact for clients on paperwork, account transfers, and scheduling Open new accounts and track transfers until they're done, including chasing other firms when things stall Keep our CRM (Wealthbox) clean and current Write down how we do things, so the firm runs on systems instead of memory What we're looking for 2+ years in client service, hospitality, operations, project coordination, or similar You follow things through to the end without being reminded You write clearly and stay calm when you're giving a client bad news You notice the small details that make people feel known You handle confidential information with care A college degree is not required. We care about what you can do, not where you went to school. Our process is a conversation, a structured interview, and a short paid work exercise.
