We are seeking leaders who take pride in ownership, foster teamwork, and help drive operational excellence while building long-term client and industry relationships. The Equipment Manager is responsible for all equipment owned and rented. Ensure the equipment is properly maintained and preventive maintenance schedules are adhered too. Track all equipment and trucks by project and update weekly. Responsible for ordering equipment through rental companies and tracking rentals Discuss the large excavator moves with Operations Manager. Review rental invoices and verify prices to our agreed to rates Coordinate with Foreman to ensure equipment is being greased daily. Coordinate transport of equipment from project to project Coordinate with Foreman if a rental piece is being taken off rent to ensure the equipment has been fuel and cleaned prior to going back Responsible for keeping up with company vehicle records, insurance, registration, etc Responsible for tracking and moving additional job site material list. Discuss all purchases and RPO with Executive Leadership prior to signing an agreement to terms. Attend all Job - Foreman hand off meetings to coordinate the equipment required to start the new project. Report any damage due to neglect or careless operations.
