AT&T Representative

Join Revolt Solution Inc, a business development company, as an Account Representative in the Austin area. The Account Representative will assist customers in maximizing their AT&T services, whether it's upgrading a phone or bundling plans for better value, all while building lasting customer accounts through trust and expertise. As an Account Representative, you'll be the trusted advisor for every account you manage, providing ongoing support and proactive recommendations. The Account Representative's ability to listen and respond to each account's unique needs will create opportunities and lasting loyalty. Core Functions of the Account Representative Handle account setups with care, ensuring every detail is right so customers are confident and excited about their new AT&T services Build connections with customers to understand their connectivity needs and introduce AT&T wireless and internet solutions that fit their lives Walk customers through choosing the right plans and devices, making the sales process feel like a conversation with a trusted advisor rather than a transaction Stay in touch with your accounts long after the sale, checking in to ensure satisfaction and spotting opportunities to help them grow with AT&T. Education & Experience Needed for the Account Representative High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in sales or account support is a plus but not required since it is Entry level. A practical understanding of mobile technology and home connectivity. Ability to manage account relationships while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction
