505 Fountain Pkwy, Grand Prairie, TX Overview Entry-level opportunity to build customer relationships, develop new business, manage accounts, and grow sales through exceptional customer service. Product and industry knowledge will be provided through training. Following training, the representative will sell premium products and grow customer accounts.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE PRIORITY
Customer service and customer satisfaction are the backbone of Texas Wholesale. The representative must listen, understand customer needs, respond professionally, handle frustration, resolve issues, follow through, and build lasting relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop new customers and build strong relationships with existing customers. Learn each customer's business, needs, buying patterns, and preferences before recommending products. Manage accounts and identify opportunities for upselling, related products, and account growth. After training, confidently present and sell premium products based on customer needs. Provide responsive service and resolve customer concerns effectively. Use customer and purchasing information to identify opportunities. Maintain accurate customer and sales information in company systems. Participate in weekly sales meetings and monthly performance reviews.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong customer-service mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction. Hungry, self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn. Strong communication, listening, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Able to handle customer frustration professionally and work toward resolution. Sales, customer service, retail, or account-management experience preferred; strong entry-level candidates encouraged. Bilingual English/Spanish is a preferred. Professional and presentable for customer-facing work; willing to travel as required. Must be a team player.
TRAINING & SUCCESS
Training includes in-house instruction (stocking, cashier, etc.), product training, and field training. Training emphasizes product knowledge, customer interaction, relationship building, and effective selling. Success means customers receive a professional experience, relationships grow, customer needs drive recommendations, premium products are sold appropriately, and accounts increase in value.
