In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the chemical and plastics sectors by leveraging your technical expertise and strong client relationship management skills. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing tailored solutions that meet their specific needs while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the chemical industry and the relevant players in the C.A.S.E. sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand business within the chemical and plastics industries Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients, showcasing solutions tailored to their operational requirements Collaborate with sales engineering teams to design and propose customized product solutions Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through deal closing, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets Maintain in-depth knowledge of client operations to provide proactive customer support and technical guidance Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce Cloud to track opportunities, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Engage in pre-sales activities including product demos, proof of concepts, and technical consultations Foster long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and identifying new business opportunities Support project management efforts by coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and network with potential clients Experience Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience in technical sales within a corporate environment focused on chemicals or plastics. Proven success in solution sales, business development within technology sectors, and deal closing is essential.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
• Work closely with commercial team to identify business development opportunities with current and prospective client. Meet or exceed corporate goals and objectives in the business units. Develop sales strategy to capture increased market share in global marketplace. Determine sales strategies necessary to achieve corporate sales goals. Work closely with supply chain and production to ensure a timely delivery of products and services. Perform due diligence for new business development opportunities. Monitor key competitors' activities in the chemical industry.
