What You'll Do As Our Account Representative:

Meet with customers to understand their current telecom setup and help them explore mobile, internet, and bundle options that fit their needs Serve as a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact throughout the customer's experience — from first conversation through enrollment and onboarding Support the sales process by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring every customer feels confident in their decision Assist customers with account setup, service selection, and follow-up to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience Build genuine relationships through attentive service, reliable follow-through, and a consistent commitment to customer satisfaction Keep customer interactions organized and well-documented to support accurate records and timely follow-up Communicate with customers in both Vietnamese and English to ensure clear understanding and a comfortable experience

What We're Looking For In Our Next Account Representative:
