Position Type:
Full-Time, Base + Commission About the Role Hilliard Office Solutions is looking for a high-caliber Named Account Representative to manage and grow our most prestigious relationships across the West Texas panhandle. This isn't just a sales role; it's a strategic partnership position. You will be responsible for a "named" list of our largest existing clients, ensuring they have the cutting-edge technology and managed services they need to thrive. Simultaneously, you will be the face of Hilliard as you pursue a select group of high-value prospects in the Lubbock and Amarillo regions.
What You'll Do Strategic Account Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for Hilliard's largest accounts, conducting regular business reviews and identifying opportunities for technology upgrades and service expansions.
Targeted Prospecting:
Execute a sophisticated sales play against a curated list of "named" prospects—large-scale organizations that do not yet partner with Hilliard.
Regional Coverage:
Split your time between our Lubbock and Amarillo branches, maintaining a strong physical presence in both markets to support client needs.
Solution Selling:
Consult with C-suite executives on Managed Print Services (MPS), Managed IT services, VOIP Phone solutions and document workflow automation.
Collaboration:
Work closely with our technical and service teams to ensure our largest clients receive the "white-glove" treatment Hilliard is known for.
Who You Are Experienced:
You have 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in office technology, SaaS, or managed services.
A Road Warrior:
You are comfortable with regular travel between Lubbock and Amarillo. You enjoy being in the field and meeting clients face-to-face.
Strategically Minded:
You don't just "sell products"; you solve business problems. You understand how to navigate complex organizational charts in large companies.
Self-Sufficient:
You can manage a large territory with minimal oversite, staying organized and hitting milestones.
Local:
You currently reside in (or are willing to relocate to) the Lubbock or Amarillo areas. Why Hilliard?
