Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on various insurance products and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your energetic approach will help clients navigate their insurance needs confidently, whether they're exploring health, life, property, or casualty coverage. As a Licensed Insurance CSR, you will leverage your sales skills and industry knowledge to build lasting relationships and promote comprehensive insurance solutions that meet each client's unique requirements. Duties Engage with clients through outbound calls, telemarketing, and in-person interactions to identify their insurance needs and present tailored solutions Assist customers in understanding their coverage options for property and casualty insurance products Negotiate policy terms and premium rates to secure the best outcomes for clients while aligning with company guidelines Manage client accounts using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track interactions, policy details, and follow-up activities Conduct sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and benefits administration Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication, personalized service, and ongoing support Stay current on insurance regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide accurate information Requirements Valid license for selling insurance products in relevant jurisdictions; active licensing in property and casualty insurance Strong negotiation skills combined with analysis capabilities to assess client needs and recommend suitable policies Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively Knowledge of insurance regulation standards and benefits administration processes Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly explain complex insurance concepts to clients Join us to make a meaningful difference by helping clients secure their futures!
