This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally recognized automation company as a key Account Manager across West Texas, with the autonomy to develop major midstream accounts and significant earning potential through a heavily commission-based package. The company is a leading industrial automation specialist with locations across the United States, known for its technical expertise, employee ownership, and strong focus on rewarding high performers. Due to continued growth across West Texas, they are looking for an experienced sales professional to strengthen relationships with major midstream operators and expand the regional customer base. As the Midstream Account Manager, you will take ownership of sales across your territory, developing relationships with pipeline operators, processing facilities, terminals, and other key midstream customers. You will identify new opportunities, expand existing accounts, and work closely with technical teams to provide automation solutions that address customer requirements. This role would suit an experienced Oil & Gas Account Manager, Outside Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, or similar sales professional with strong midstream relationships who is motivated by high earnings and long-term growth.

The Role:

Own and grow sales across an established West Texas midstream territory Develop and maintain relationships with pipeline operators, processing facilities, terminals, and key industry accounts Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships Develop strategic account plans and work with internal technical teams to deliver automation solutions

The Person:

Proven sales experience within the midstream oil and gas sector Strong network and established relationships across West Texas Proven ability to grow existing accounts and develop new business Commercially driven and motivated by a $200,000+ earning opportunity
