Job Description
HVAC Account Sales Manager A growing mechanical services contractor is seeking an HVAC Account Sales Manager to drive business development and expand existing client relationships across the commercial and industrial markets. This is a true outside sales role focused on creating opportunities, developing long-term customer relationships, and growing service and project revenue. The company provides strong technical support, established processes, and the resources needed to help its sales team succeed. Responsibilities Develop new business through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and customer visits. Build relationships with facility managers, property managers, manufacturing facilities, healthcare systems, and higher education clients. Identify HVAC service, maintenance, retrofit, and mechanical project opportunities. Generate proposals and work alongside technical teams to provide solutions for customers. Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle. Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently meet activity and revenue goals. Leverage CRM tools and sales resources to manage customer relationships and track business development efforts. Requirements Previous outside sales experience preferred. Experience calling on commercial or industrial customers. Comfortable prospecting and generating business from scratch. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed. Experience within HVAC, mechanical construction, facilities services, industrial distribution, building products, or related industries is highly desirable. Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent business development activity. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary ranging from $90,000
